Splinters Caterers has been established in the Wedding and Events Catering industry for over 45 years creating the dishes and hospitality to guarantee the success of any occasion. We provide a personal, professional and wide-ranging catering service offering inspirational menus prepared and served by an experienced and well organised team.
Based on the Suffolk/Essex border we are ideally located for events in Suffolk, Essex and anywhere within a 30-mile radius of our unit in Bulmer, Sudbury.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our food and the friendliness and professionalism of our front of house staff. Our extensive experience in the industry allows us to offer guidance on all aspects of your wedding or event menu as well as general advice about your day.
Our team understand that every little detail is important when planning a wedding or event and that food is one of the key aspects. That is why we have created imaginative menus using local produce (wherever possible) to cater for all tastes and requirements. From a traditional three course wedding breakfast to a more laid-back feel with a barbeque or an increasingly popular grazing table we offer many options to help create your ideal menu!
We offer all of our clients the opportunity to attend one of our tasting sessions. These are usually held on an evening in the week at our unit in Bulmer. Our tasting evenings are a great way of meeting our team to discuss all things food! As well as trying a few dishes and planning your perfect menu!
Our inclusive pricing structure allows you to clearly see how much our services cost. Included within any price quoted to you will be VAT, crockery, cutlery, glasses, white table linen, dinner service and service of your drinks during the day until the bar opens in the evening.
